Deodorising Vapour systems

Unlike traditional fogging systems vapour systems do not require nozzles to be effective, avoiding the problems associated with water quality, nozzle blockage and excessive moisture. NoODA®  dry vapour systems function by releasing our ODAneut ®V deodoriser, which has been converted to vapour, into the air. This active deodoriser makes contact with the odour compounds, converting them at a molecular level.   No water is required, and maintenance is minimal. The deodoriser is unobtrusive dry, and invisible and the vaporisation system is quiet.

How does it work?

NoODA® Vapour systems are made up of a blower, solution storage tank, piping and electrical control box.  Holed tubing which releases the vapour into the air runs along the boundary area.

Surface area, contact time, element size, temperature, and the concentration of source materials and the deodorising  vapour are all  important factors in optimizing the efficiency of the deodorising processes.

​Being 700-800 times lighter than small water droplets (5 micron) the ODAneut®V deodoriser vapour is light enough to remain in suspension in the air and moves in the same direction and at the same speed as the odorous vapour.

This means the deodoriser can stay in the air, with the odour, for a longer amount of time ensuring significantly greater contact time than traditional fogging systems. Thereby giving it more opportunity to contact and destroy the odour.
